1. Who we are

This site is run by Magic Orbit Digital Productions, KvK 95293108 ("we", "the studio"). Contact: info@magicorbitdigital.com.

2. This site is a catalogue

Magic Orbit Store lists games and links to the pages where they can be obtained. We do not sell anything on this site, take payments, or hold your order. When you press a Buy or Play button, you leave this site and deal with a platform such as the App Store, Google Play or Steam, or with the game's own page on the studio's website where a game is offered direct.

3. Purchases happen on the platform

Any purchase, download, licence, account and payment is a contract between you and the platform (and, where the platform says so, the studio), under the platform's own terms and conditions or, for a direct purchase from the studio's website, the terms on that game's page. Those terms, not these, govern the purchase. Prices shown on this site are for information only, so check the price on the platform before you buy. Whether and when you can withdraw from a purchase is set by the platform you bought on or, for a direct purchase, by the terms on that game's page, and by applicable consumer law. 4. What we promise

• We aim to keep listings accurate and up to date, and to say clearly when a game is not out yet.
• We answer support questions about our games by email.
• We do not use this site to track you. See Privacy.

We cannot promise that the site is always available or free of errors. If you spot a wrong listing, tell us and we will fix it.

5. Intellectual property

The games, names, artwork, text, code and design on this site belong to Magic Orbit Digital Productions or its licensors. You may view the site and link to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Platform names and logos belong to their owners.

6. Liability

We take care with this site, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from the content or availability of third-party platforms, or from purchases made on them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Links to other sites

Links to platforms and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. The version on this page applies when you use the site.

9. Governing law

The law of the Netherlands applies to these terms and to your use of this site. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
