Who is responsible

What this site does not do

• No cookies.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• No third-party requests: fonts, scripts and images (including game screenshots and covers) are served from this site only, not from a CDN, font service or image host.
• No accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter.
• No payments and no forms. We do not receive card details, names or addresses through this site.

What is stored on your device

The Effects on/off switch in the page header saves your choice in your browser's local storage (key mo-fx), so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is the only item this site stores, it is purely functional, it stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and you can clear it in your browser settings. The shop does not store your search or filter choices. Details: Cookies page.

Server logs

Our hosting provider serves this site and, like any web server, may keep technical logs such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, for security and operation. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Log retention is governed by the hosting provider's own policy.

Email

If you write to info@magicorbitdigital.com, we use your message and address only to answer you, and keep the conversation for as long as needed for that purpose and for our records. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the questions people send us (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Links to other sites

Buy and Play buttons lead to the App Store, Google Play or Steam, or to the studio's own website where a game is offered direct, and the footer links to the studio's site. Those platforms and sites have their own privacy terms, and they apply from the moment you open them. Each game also has its own privacy notice. We do not control them and receive no data from them about you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it in a portable form. Since this site collects no personal data, this mainly concerns emails you have sent us. Write to info@magicorbitdigital.com.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority of the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
