Returns and refunds
This store takes no payments, so refunds are handled by the platform where you bought the game, or by the game's own page.

In short
You buy on the App Store, Google Play or Steam, or directly from the studio's website where a game offers that. The platform, or the game's own page, holds your order and payment and explains refunds, so ask it first.
How to ask for a refund
Use the refund or support route of the platform you bought on, or follow the instructions on the game's own page for a direct purchase. Their rules, time limits and forms apply. We cannot refund a purchase we did not process, and we have no access to your payment details.
Withdrawing from a purchase
Whether and when you can withdraw from a purchase is set by the platform you bought on or, for a direct purchase, by the terms on that game's page, and by applicable consumer law. Check that platform's refund page.
If the game does not work
Tell us at info@magicorbitdigital.com: name the game, your device and system version, and what happened. We aim to help or fix the problem. Where the platform's rules or the law give you a remedy for a faulty digital product, those remain yours and are not limited by this page.
